Acerbic TV judge and mega producer Simon Cowell (American Idol, The X Factor, America’s/Britain’s Got Talent) told the UK’s Daily Star that he has recently sold an animated film project to an undisclosed studio. Cowell is hoping to have the film completed by Christmas 2014.
According to Cowell, the new animated film is his “concept.” He stated:
“It’s an idea I had ten years ago and the first studio I’ve gone to wants it. Making an animation is something I’ve always, always, wanted to do because I love cartoons. We only did the deal a few weeks ago so I’m not allowed to say any more.”
No casting decisions have been announced. We are hoping that crazy/cute Paula Abdul will make an appearance along with MC Skat Cat and Posse.
