Producer of ‘Frozen’ Wins PGA Award


The Producers Guild of America (PGA) held their annual awards ceremony last weekend honoring the best producing work of the year.

The Outstanding Producer of Animated Theatrical Motion Picture award was given to Peter Del Vecho, producer of Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Frozen. Here’s a list of the other nominees:

The Croods (DreamWorks Animation); Producers: Kristine Belson, Jane Hartwell

Despicable Me 2 (Universal Pictures); Producers: Janet Healy, Chris Meledandri

Epic (Twentieth Century Fox); Producers: Jerry Davis, Lori Forte

Monsters University (Pixar Animation); Producer: Kori Rae
