Animator and director is Genndy Tartakovsky is continuing to develop multiple projects with the team at Sony. He is directing the sequel Hotel Transylvania 2 (with Adam Sandler and friends back on board as well), which is scheduled to be released in September 2015. He is also directing Sony’s new CG animated feature Popeye to be released sometime in 2016. Also announced is an original film project that Genndy will direct for Sony titled Genndy Tartakovsky’s Can You Imagine? (no released date has been announced for this film yet).
