The annual New York Children’s International Film Festival (NYCIFF) took place March 7-30, 2014. The festival screens family friendly fare at multiple venues around New York City, specifically films and shorts made for children ages 3-18. Given the target market, the festival is also a showplace for the latest in animation.
The Grand Prize at the NYCIFF is determined by the children viewing the films. Special Jury Awards are determined by a pre-selected jury of industry experts and celebrities. For the 2014 NYCIFF, the winners are as follows:
