Walt Disney Animation Studios announced their new animated short that will play in front of Big Hero 6 this November. The new short film is entitled Feast. It tells the story of “one man’s love life as seen through the eyes of his best friend and dog, Winston, and revealed bite by bite through the meals they share.” The film’s title treatment and a first image were released on the Disney Insider blog and on many of Disney’s various social media platforms.
The short is directed by first-time director Patrick Osborne, who served as head of animation on Disney’s Oscar-winning short Paperman.
Feast will make its debut at the Annecy International Animated Film Festival on June 10, 2014. It will then play next in front of Disney’s highly-aniticipated animated feature Big Hero 6 which opens in U.S. theaters in 3D on November 7th. We can’t wait!
