Exclusive: Print Your Own Baymax 3D Fan Art!

Baymax 3D Printed Animation Fascination RV

We at Animation Fascination are stoked for Walt Disney Animation Studios’ upcoming feature film Big Hero 6. The dynamic duo of Matt Quest and Marc Vibbert have collaborated to create some cool Big Hero 6 fan art that we want to share with you, our loyal readers.

Matt has created a 3D fan art model of Baymax which you can download and print on a 3D printer (just like Hiro creates Baymax’s armor in the film!). The model is available on the Animation Fascination Thingiverse page. The model is free to download (but you’re on your own for the 3D printer).

3D printing is available all over the place. Do an online search for vendors in your area. Also make sure to check with your local Microsoft Store (find a store near you at http://www.microsoftstore.com). We hear that if you take the file with you to the Microsoft Store first thing in the morning, they will print it for free as part of an in-store demo. Your results may vary, but good luck and keep us posted.

Have fun and send us your pics if you print out the model! You can also share with us on social media by using the hashtag: #BaymaxFascination

Stay tuned to Animation Fascination for the latest in Big Hero 6 news and information and mark your calendars — Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Big Hero 6 comes to U.S. theaters in 3D on November 7th, 2014.
