Disney is releasing a home version of their Frozen Sing-Along Edition. It will be available on DVD (sorry, no Blu-ray or 3D Blu-ray) and Digital HD for a limited time beginning on November 18th.
The press release listed four things included on the disc:
- ALL-NEW “Breaking The Ice” (we have no idea what this is yet)
- Sing-along version of the film (follow the bouncing snowflake!)
- Original theatrical version of the film
- Get a Horse! short
We are still holding out for a really great Blu-ray release of Frozen which would include the 3D version of the film, some worthy behind-the-scenes special features, along with all of this other stuff.
Here are the technical details for the sing-along DVD.
Aspect Ratio: 2.39:1 • Enhanced for 16×9 televisions
Sound: English 5.1 and DVS 2.0 Dolby Digital; Spanish and French 5.1 Dolby Digital Language Tracks
Languages: English SDH, Spanish and French subtitles (applies to film content only)
