On Saturday, April 6th, Nickelodeon will premiere Monster Vs. Aliens as an ongoing television series. The show is scheduled for 26 first season episodes and is based on the 2009 DreamWorks Animation Studios Film of the same name.
Disney’s Wreck-It Ralph was the big winner at last night’s 40th Annual Annie Awards, bringing home a total of four awards, including Best Writing, Best Directing and Best Animated Feature.
ParaNorman, one of last year’s most beloved films here at Animation Fascination, came away with two awards, both revolving around character design and both, in our opinion, rightfully deserved. We were also happy to see Tron: Uprising win a couple of awards, although they are slightly bittersweet what with the show’s recent cancellation.
Boo! In this spooktacular episode Marc and Matt are joined by guest host Tim Buel (FirstShowing.net‘s “The Golden Briefcase”) to become a part of the Midnight Society. We discuss our favorite Halloween films and television series to watch this time of year, while also sharing memories from our childhood. All this plus much, much more…
Happy Halloween! Remember, we scare because we care.
