As you may recall, Google Spotlight Stories is an app that allows you watch some really cool animation in 360°. You’ve got to try it to believe it. Recently added to Google’s collection is the new short Pearl directed by Academy Award winner Patrick Osborne (Feast).

Walt Disney Animation Studios’ new Short Films Collection is truly a stunner. The collection, which is now available on Digital HD platforms and will be available on Blu-ray August 18th, includes 12 of the studios’ animated short films made between the years 2000–2015. While some shorts are fairly new and have been recently seen in theaters, other titles are older and more obscure. Overall, it’s just great to have all of these beloved shorts in one combined and winsome collection.
We’re incredibly stoked about a newly announced collection of animated shorts from Walt Disney Animation Studios that will be released this summer on Digital HD and Blu-ray. Walt Disney Animation Studios Short Films Collection, coming to Digital HD and Disney Movies Anywhere on August 11th and on Blu-ray August 18th, contains 12 of the studios’ acclaimed animated shorts from the last decade and a half. Walt Disney Animation Studios’ latest short film Feast has been making the rounds on the festival circuit and will soon be available to seen by all of us when it plays in front of Big Hero 6 beginning on November 7th. Check out this new “special look” of Feast now available on Disney Animation’s YouTube channel.

The article give us a good look at Winston, the Boston terrier who is the star of the story, along with a peek of the unique CG-animation style used in the short.
Walt Disney Animation Studios’ new short film Feast made its debut this week at the 2014 Annecy International Animation Film Festival. The six-minute short tells the story of “one man’s love life as seen through the eyes of his best friend and dog, Winston [a Boston Terrier], and revealed bite by bite through the meals they share.”
Walt Disney Animation Studios announced their new animated short that will play in front of Big Hero 6 this November. The new short film is entitled Feast. It tells the story of “one man’s love life as seen through the eyes of his best friend and dog, Winston, and revealed bite by bite through the meals they share.” The film’s title treatment and a first image were released on the Disney Insider blog and on many of Disney’s various social media platforms.
