We are all anxiously awaiting the debut this year of the new Star Wars Rebels animated TV series currently in production at Lucasfilm Animation. Previous materials have said that the series would debut this fall. Happily, our wait time might be reduced a bit.
Bleeding Cool has published a new teaser poster for Pixar Animation Studios’ 2015 feature The Good Dinosaur. The poster, which is watermarked with the random Argentinean movie poster site “JPosters.com.ar” definitely has a Pixar look and feel to it. Whether it’s truly legitimate or not is anyone’s guess (we trust Bleeding Cool, but are unsure about JPosters.com.ar).
Recently two foreign marketing promotions have made their way online for Pixar’s upcoming fourteenth feature film Monsters University. The first is a poster found on the Argentinean site Cine1. The new poster contains some existing artwork and character poses that we’ve seen in the past, though not in this particular configuration. It also appears that this was a triptych poster available in three separate pieces, but the Pixar Brasil Blog has brought them together for your enjoyment. Hot on the heels of Pixar releasing their new Monsters University poster, Sony Pictures Animation has debuted the first poster for Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs 2. The film was previously subtitled “Cloudy 2: Revenge of the Leftovers”, which in my opinion is a better title then just adding the number 2. Disney•Pixar have released yet another magnificent poster to promote this much-anticipated fourteenth feature film from the studio. Pixar’s next film, Monsters University (a prequel to 2001’s much beloved Monsters, Inc.), will be in theaters in just a few short months (June 21st, to be exact). In the past few weeks we’ve witnessed an aggressively awesome marketing campaign. Pixar has unveiled a new trailer, an extended preview and viral videos; all of which have served as equal parts refresher as well as reintroduction to the world of Monstropolis. Today, eight new character posters and college IDs were released, providing fans with a detailed look at monsters old and new.
