Walt Disney Television Animation’s entertaining and stylish Mickey Mouse shorts will start their second season run on April 11th. First up is Cable Car Chaos, where Mickey and Minnie try to stop a runaway cable car as it wreaks havoc on the streets of San Francisco. The short will debut on Disney Channel on April 11 (check your local listings) and will be available the following day on Disney.com, iTunes, and on the WATCH Disney Channel app.
The Walt Disney Company’s forever young symbol and star Mickey Mouse turns 85 today. As we all know, Mickey’s theatrical debut was in the short film Steamboat Willie which premiered in New York City on November 18, 1928.
Disney announced today the creation of 19 new animated shorts starring none other than Mickey Mouse himself. Today, Disney.com is offering a sneak peek of one the shorts, Croissant de Triomphe. Set in Paris, the short has Mickey saving the day by delivering croissants across town to a stressed out Minnie. Look out for cameos from other Disney characters and icons in the cartoon, too.
