Have you had fun trying to spot some of the cool Disney-themed Easter Eggs that the animators at Walt Disney Animation Studios have placed in the latest Big Hero 6 trailer? We have! Here are some of the ones we’ve spotted. Let us know what else you’ve found.
Wanted Poster for Prince Hans
Of course, the Internet went wild with this one on day one. Clearly, Prince Hans’ reputation precedes him, even in San Fransokyo.
Homage to Bolt
Our sharp-eyed and always fearless editor-in-chief Marc Vibbert spotted this awesome tribute to Disney’s Bolt. Looks like the jaded/bored San Fransokyo cop is not only Bolt fan, but is maybe related somehow to Esther, the security guard at animal shelter where Mittens is held captive.
Wreck-It Ralph Billboard
From one of the daytime scenes of San Fransokyo included in the trailer, we see Wreck-It Ralph on a billboard. (I wouldn’t be surprised if we see more Wreck-It Ralph characters scattered throughout the finished film.)
Chicken Little in San Fransokyo
Just like with the above Wreck-It Ralph Easter egg, Chicken Little also shows up on one of the city’s skyscrapers.
Baymax Armor 1.0
While this isn’t necessarily an Easter Egg, we just liked the armor on Baymax that is most likely an early edition of the cool red and purple armor we see on him in his official character still. I thought it looked very stormtrooper-esque.
