20th Century Fox (which we believe is still the name of the film division of the newly renamed 21st Century Fox, the entertainment group spinoff of News Corp.) has announced release dates for all of its film slate through 2018. 20th Century Fox is home to Fox Animation Studios and Blue Sky Studios and is now the exclusive distributor for films from DreamWorks Animation.
In addition to what Fox announced at its CinemaCon presentation in April as well as other announcements already made from DreamWorks and Blue Sky Studios, check out this mega release date list for the three animation studios under the Fox umbrella:

Animation Fascination 
Where are the original stories? With the exception of a couple titles I am unfamiliar with, all I see are sequels and reimagined retro cartoons. Is technology going to be our only advance in 21st Century Animation. How about fresh ideas and characters?
