Walt Disney Animation Studios has released via a great article in USA Today new character art and more voice talent announcements for its upcoming animated feature Zootopia.

We’re already stoked that Ginnifer Goodwin is voicing the character of the rookie cop Judy Hopps. Here’s some new art showing Judy in action.

New announcements include Academy Award-winner J.K. Simmons as the voice of Zootopia mayor Leodore Lionhearted. Mayor Lionhearted is the one credited with coming up with the Zootopia city mantra: “In Zootopia, anyone can be anything.”

The great character and voice actor Alan Tudyk returns to Walt Disney Animation Studios to voice weasel and small-time crook Duke Weaselton (a great homage to Alan’s voice work as the Duke of Weselton in Disney’s Frozen).

Disney animator Raymond Persi is the voice of Flash, a sloth that works at Zootopia’s DMV (Department of Mammal Vehicles). I saw a sneak peek of the Zootopia DMV scene at the 2015 D23 Expo last August and it was absolutely hilarious.

Bonnie Hunt and Don Lake provide the voices of Judy’s bunny parents Bonnie and Stu Hopps. They live in the Bunnyburrow suburb of Zootopia. Stu is a carrot farmer. Together they are the parents of 275 bunnies.

Academy Award-winner Octavia Spencer voices the otter Mrs. Otterton, who reaches out to officer Judy Hopps for help when her husband Mr. Otterton goes missing.

And last but not least, Finnick the tiny fennec fox is voiced by 6’5″-tall actor Tommy “Tiny” Lister.

Also, in case you missed it, Disney announced at the 2015 D23 Expo this summer that singer and pop superstar Shakira is the voice of the Zootopia singer and pop super-gazelle named, well, Gazelle.

Gazelle features prominently on the cool new Zootopia teaser poster recently released by Disney.

And just in case you haven’t seen this yet or need a refresher, here’s the first Zootopia teaser trailer released earlier this year.

Co-directed by Byron Howard and Rich Moore, Zootopia opens in U.S. theaters in 3D on March 4th, 2016. Make sure to follow Zootopia on Facebook and Instagram (at least we believe it to be the official Zootopia Instagram feed).
