This past weekend, the L.A. Times reported that Stu Snyder, the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Cartoon Network had been relieved of his duties effective at the end of March. To all in the know, this is welcome news, as Snyder was the person responsible for the lack of cartoons on the network dedicated to, you know, cartoons.

‘Adventure Time’ Season 3 Coming to Blu-ray February 25th

Cartoon Network has released the totally mathematical details of the new Adventure TimeThe Complete Third Season Blu-ray and DVD sets. Scheduled to be released on February 25th, the set will feature all 26 episodes from season three of Adventure Time, as well as episode commentaries for each of the 26 episodes, an interview with series creator Pendleton Ward, and an alternate show introduction.

‘Frozen’ Wins Best Animated Feature at 41st Annie Awards

Walt Disney Animation Studios’ mega-hit Frozen continues to dominate the award circuit–this time winning Best Animated Feature at ASIFA-Hollywood’s 41st annual Annie Awards. Walt Disney Animation Studios’ brilliant short film Get a Horse! took home the award for Best Animated Short Subject.
