FXX Network Now Playing Every Episode of ‘The Simpsons’ Through Labor Day

FXX Network (the spin-off of the FX Network) has started showing a continuous marathon of The Simpsons. Over a 12-day period from August 21st to September 1st, FXX will show every single episode of the long-running animated series, along with The Simpsons Movie from 2007. That means all 522 episodes (plus the movie) will play over 278 continuous hours.

Pixar’s ‘The Good Dinosaur’ Has Been Completely Re-imagined

Since 1914 when Winsor McKay introduced the world to his magnificent Gertie the Dinosaur, practically every animation company has followed suit, trying to bring to life the prehistoric pets. We got wind of Pixar’s project, The Good Dinosaur, at D23 in 2011, but received an icy blow last year when it was announced the film, scheduled for theater release May 2014, would be postponed until late 2015.

‘Star Wars Rebels’ Premiere Dates Announced

Disney and Lucasfilm have announced the premiere dates for its upcoming animated TV series Star Wars Rebels.

The one-hour series premiere entitled “Spark of Rebellion” will make its debut on Disney Channel on October 3rd on Disney Channel. Regularly scheduled episodes begin airing on October 13th at 9pm ET/PT (check your local listings) on Disney X-D.
