‘Sausage Party’ Gets New Release Date
Sony Pictures Entertainment and Annapurna Pictures’ R-rated CG-animated feature Sausage Party will now be coming to a theater near you (at least in the U.S.A.) on June 3rd, 2016. The picture had previously been slotted for a 2015 release date.
Voice Cast Announced for ‘Sausage Party’
Sony Pictures Entertainment and Annapurna Pictures’ upcoming raunchy animated feature Sausage Party has announced the initial members of its voice cast. Providing voices to the film are Seth Rogen (who is also one of the screenwriters along with frequent collaborator Evan Goldberg), James Franco, Jonah Hill, Michael Cera, David Krumholz, Nick Kroll, Edward Norton, and, ending the voice cast sausage party, Kristen Wiig.

Funny men Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg have received the greenlight from Sony Pictures Entertainment and Annapurna Pictures for an R-rated, full-length (no pun intended) animated motion picture entitled Sausage Party.
‘Bigfoot’ Animated Series Gets Pilot Order
Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg (This Is the End) have received an order from FX Networks for the pilot of their new animated series Bigfoot. The animated comedy series is based on the graphic novels by Graham Roumieu (In Me Own Words, Me Write Book, and I Not Dead) which portray Bigfoot as a “bipolar, hopeless romantic” everyman that “lacks the ability to properly express himself, living in both the human and animal world…but not quite fitting in to either one.”
‘Kung Fu Panda 3’ Adds Some ‘Bad’ With Cranston; Mikkelsen, and a ‘Rebel.’
DreamWorks Animation is hard at work on the eagerly anticipated Kung Fu Panda 3,
which will hit theaters on Christmas, 2015. The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed
that Bryan Cranston (Breaking Bad), Mads Mikkelsen (Casino Royale, Hannibal TV
Series) and Rebel Wilson (Bridesmaids, Pitch Perfect) will be joining regulars Jack
Black, Angelina Jolie, Seth Rogen, Lucy Liu, Jackie Chan and Dustin Hoffman for the
new movie.
